TALK THERAPY
In therapy, you will have the space to speak freely and openly, and be met with genuine care, validation, and deep listening. Some days we may explore the experiences you’ve been carrying for a long time, and other days we may simply reflect on the rhythms of your week. This is your time, and you get to guide the pace and direction. My role is to attune to you and offer gentle support as you reconnect with yourself and what you need.
You are encouraged to make yourself comfortable in our sessions—whether that means sitting in a chair, stretching, walking, resting on the floor, or listening to grounding music. This is your space to settle your body, take a breath, and simply be.
Within this supportive relationship, we will make sense of your experiences and begin opening new pathways toward healing, clarity, and hope.
EMDR- IADC
I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, or EMDR, a therapy technique utilizing eye movements or other bilateral stimulation to process difficult memories and experiences. I am also trained in Induced After Death Communication, an EMDR technique that is powerful and effective in working through traumatic loss and grief. BRAINSPOTTING
Brainspotting is a technique utilizing eye movements in the therapy session to access emotion and memories that are negatively impacting your life.
