Welcome to Living Well Counseling! My name is Amy Logan, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I received a Masters in Counseling from Northwestern
University, and regularly pursue continued training and education in my areas of specialty. I offer virtual sessions throughout Illinois and Indiana, as well as in-person sessions at my Bloomington, Indiana office. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced narcissistic abuse and relational trauma—whether in their family of origin, past relationships, or current partnerships. Have you noticed a relationship that shifts between closeness and confusion—where one moment you feel deeply connected, and the next you feel dismissed, unseen, or unsure of yourself? These cycles can leave you questioning your needs and your reality. If this feels familiar, you are not alone, and you are not broken. Healing is possible. Together, we can reconnect you with your voice, your clarity, and your sense of who you are. I also provide affirming care for members of the LGBTQIA community, and for those carrying the deep wounds of childhood abuse or sexual abuse. I have extensive experience supporting individuals who struggle with anxiety and depression, and helping them move toward greater clarity, resilience, and self-trust. I use a humanistic approach in my practice, which means I see you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms. I believe you already carry the capacity for healing within you, and in our work together, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and sacred space where your story can be told, your pain can be honored, and your path toward healing and wholeness can unfold. |
